Content Policy

In short. Every character is fictional and every image is computer-generated. Some things are refused outright, no matter how they are asked for, and the refusals are enforced in code rather than left to a model’s judgement.
1. Everything here is fictional
Characters on Euphor do not exist. Nobody is photographed, filmed or employed to produce anything you see. Images are generated by a machine-learning model from a text description. See our record-keeping statement.
2. What is never permitted
The following is prohibited without exception. It cannot be unlocked, purchased or requested, and attempting it will close your account.
- Anything sexualising a minor. Any depiction, description, roleplay or request involving a person under 18 in a sexual context — including characters described as, implied to be, or made to behave as minors.
- Non-consensual sexual activity, including rape, coercion, blackmail, incapacitation and depictions of a person unable to consent.
- Identifiable real people in a sexual context without their documented consent, including public figures.
- Incest, or roleplay framed around close family relationships in a sexual context.
- Bestiality or sexual content involving animals.
- Sexual violence, torture, mutilation or gore.
- Trafficking, prostitution of others, or any content promoting the sexual exploitation of another person.
- Anything otherwise unlawful in the United Kingdom, the United States or your own jurisdiction.
3. How this is enforced
These are not aspirations. They are checks in the software:
- A hard age floor. Characters must be 25 or older. A stated age below that is rejected when the character is saved, by the last function before the database, so no authoring route can skip it.
- Text screening on every field. Descriptions that read as a minor are refused on creation and on every subsequent edit, in words as well as numerals.
- Re-aging attempts are blocked separately. Instructions of the form “on this cue, become age X” are caught as their own class of attempt, because they contain no age for a normal screen to find.
- Age is reasserted at image time. Every image prompt ends with an explicit adult-age constraint, and youth descriptors are stripped from character descriptions before they reach the generator.
- Profile pictures are never explicit, whatever the conversation contains.
We test these controls and treat a gap in them as a defect to be fixed immediately, not a feature request.
4. Uploaded images
You may upload a picture as a character’s profile photograph. It is described in text and that description is used going forward; we do not use uploads to reproduce a specific person’s likeness. Do not upload images of real people without their consent, and never upload images of anyone under 18.
5. What happens when the policy is broken
- The material is removed.
- The account is suspended or permanently closed. Consumed credits are not refunded.
- Where the law requires it, we report to the relevant authority and preserve records for them.
6. Reporting something
If you encounter anything on Euphor that breaks this policy, email [email protected] with the word REPORT in the subject line, and the character name or conversation involved. Reports are reviewed by a person.
If you believe material depicting the sexual abuse of a child exists anywhere online, report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org or, in the UK, to the Internet Watch Foundation at report.iwf.org.uk.
7. Age assurance
Access to Euphor requires confirmation that you are 18 or over. That confirmation is currently a self-declaration, and we describe it honestly as such rather than calling it verification. Where the law of your jurisdiction requires verified age assurance, access will be gated by a verification provider.
